I have a Sunday MLB Prop in the Angels vs. Astros game that I absolutely love, and that is Yordan Alvarez to record a walk at +180 odds over on Bet365. Patrick Sandoval is pitching for the Los Angeles Angels, someone who's had a walk problem over the last few seasons. Yordan is swinging a very hot bat, and I think Sandoval will want to be careful giving him much to hit.

Yordan Alvarez has also owned the Angels as of late. This season he has 2+ hits in four of five games and is hitting .500. With Tucker on the IL, Houston doesn’t have anyone hitting behind Yordan that’s all that intimidating, so they really could pitch around him instead of continuing to let him rake like he has been. Although the Astros have not been walking a ton vs. lefties as of late, I still think Yordan is in a great spot to do just that.
Yordan has already recorded a walk in seven of his last 12 games vs. the Angels and I think the matchup helps here against Patrick Sandoval. He ranks in the 32nd percentile in walk % and has a 4.22 walks per 9 inning rate vs. lefties this season. In his last four games he has walked one, three, four, and three batters.
