We have a nice Friday MLB slate, and I have built a 2-leg hit parlay for today that I am really liking. The Los Angeles Dodgers will host the Milwaukee Brewers in LA and I am going to be targeting two Dodgers' hitters, Shohei Ohtani and Freddie Freeman.

Milwaukee Brewers vs. Los Angeles Dodgers Prediction

Aaron Civale will be making his Brewers debut today, and he has struggled vs. lefties so far this season, allowing a .286 batting average. He ranks in the 28th percentile in expected batting average this season. This sets up nicely for our hit parlay.

It is Shohei Ohtani’s birthday today, and I would be surprised to see him go hitless on it. Ohtani has now recorded a hit in 13 of his last 16 games, and has a hit in one matchup with Civale. We know Ohtani absolutely crushes right-handed pitching with a .329 batting average this season. He went hitless yesterday and rarely does so in back-to-back games, so I expect a hit from him today.

Freddie Freeman is another hitter who rarely will go hitless in back-to-back games. He went hitless yesterday, so I expect him to bounce back in today’s game. He now has two or more hits in three of his last five games, and has hit .364 vs right-handed pitching since June 11th. He also mashes righties with a .332 batting average against them this season.
