These two leggers have been amazing for us and we finally make the return to them. Ragans is the main leg here, and he has gone six innings plus in 11 of his last 13 games. That alone being a -160 bet has value, but I still added a juice reducer because it felt like a no brainer.
Our juice reducer is Randy Vasquez to allow at least three hits. He has allowed 4+ hits in all 12 of his starts, so he can have a career day only allowing three and we still our reducer. Additionally, he has actually allowed 5+ in 11 of 12. This feels safe against a Braves team that he already allowed 10 hits against this year.
Boston is a good offense and one that I don’t fade often but this bet is more about my belief in Cole Ragans. This kid is a stud, and he’s pitching on the road where he has better splits. This man just went into the altitude in Colorado and went seven innings, he can go six in Fenway. Let's roll!
