This is a pretty easy bet to make. Flaherty has been extremely solid for my Tigers this season and this looks to be a very favorable matchup for him. He faces a Toronto team with a lifetime .148 average against him in 61 at-bats. Flaherty already played Toronto this year and actually pitched into the 7th inning getting a 19th out, we just need 18.
Detroit Tigers vs. Toronto Blue Jays Prediction
Flaherty has hit this prop in seven of his last 11 games with two of those losses being by the hook at 5.2 innings pitched. Toronto has some scary bats, but they see the seventh-fewest pitches per plate appearance and allow some quick outs. Flaherty is better on the road with a wildly impressive 2.81 ERA with over 50 innings pitched away from Comerica Park.
