Since it's Labor Day, today's MLB slate includes a handful of afternoon and night games.

September 2 Best MLB Strikeout Props

Over the last month, Eduardo Rodriguez has struck out only 17.8% of batters. He's also allowed a .243 ISO and wOBA of .371 to his last 74 righties. As a lefty, he's typically facing right-handed batters throughout each lineup.
That said, he'll take on the Dodgers, who have struck out 14.8% of the time against lefties over the last 30 days. The Dodgers' projected lineup only has two batters with strikeout rates beyond 20% agaisnt lefties over the previous 30 days.
Therefore, Rodriguez is unlikely to add five or more strikeouts in today's game against the Dodgers. Take his under.

I'm willing to take a gamble here.
While Simeon Woods Richardson doesn't have a high strikeout rate this season, he's facing a Rays lineup that has struck out 29.2% of the time against righties over the last month.
Woods Richardson has struck out 24.6% of righties and should face five righties of the nine batters in tonight's Rays lineup.
In addition to his strikeout rate, Woods Richardson has also held his last 107 batters to a .286 wOBA. That should continue against a Tampa Bay offense that has added just a .298 wOBA against righties over the last month.
If Woods Richardson can pitch deep into the game, he should have a good chance at reaching six or more strikeouts.

In the last month, Osvaldo Bido has struck out 25.7% of batters, including 28.8% of lefties. He'll take on the Mariners tonight, who will likely have more lefties than righties in the lineup.
Seattle's projected lineup has also struck out 25.6% of the time against righties in the last month. Ultimately, eight batters have struck out at least 22.6% of the time against righties. That gives Bido eight legitimate targets for strikeouts.
Furthermore, Bido has held his last 109 batters to a .051 ISO and wOBA of .195. There's a good chance he pitches deep into this game. He's also added 12.5% of swinging strikes in the last 30 days.
