Astros vs. Padres Prediction, Betting Pick and Latest Odds

The San Diego Padres host the Houston Astros on Tuesday night in what will be the second game of this crucial interleague series.

San Diego rolls into the contest with a record of 86-65 on the season. They are in first place in a tight NL Wild Card race but they also still only trial the Dodgers by 3.5 games for the NL West.

So, while the chances are low, the Padres still could find a way to win the division.

As for the Astros, they are on their way to yet another AL West Championship.

Since 2017, Houston has won the division six times and leads the Seattle Mariners by four games in the AL West.

The Astros have won six of their last ten games.

I love this spot for the Astros on the road tonight.

Brown has been outstanding over the last few months and should continue tonight. Since June 1, the 26-year-old is 10-3 with an ERA of 2.32.

Houston has seen King well, batting .375 as a team in 24 at-bats.
