The Bucks and Sixers have been two of the most talked about teams this offseason for extremely different reasons, the former for acquiring an aging superstar, and the latter for a headache caused by an aging superstar. While Sixers fans may have tempered expectations, Bucks fans are thinking it’s ring season again.

A new era for Damian Lillard begins tonight. After ducking and running from the grind for so long, Dame will play his first game with his new team, the Milwaukee Bucks. Dame was the spokesman for a dying breed of athletes. The ones who wanted so badly to get it done with the team that drafted them. But with how bad the Blazers have gotten, I can’t blame him for wanting out. The Bucks are fresh off of a historic series loss to the Heat in the first round of last year's playoffs. How do you get that stink off of your team? You add an All-NBA caliber player to pair up with your two-time MVP Giannis. This duo is gonna be so much fun to watch and I think they’ll do big things together this season.
Unfortunately, I’ve exhausted all of my Dame praise for this article. Tonight, we take his under in points. I know what you're thinking. Why do I hate fun? I just do. I’m the guy who took the under in Lebron’s points the night that he broke the all-time scoring record. The same guy who had Tiger to miss the cut at the Masters. Hell, I was this close to taking Wemby’s under last night (it would’ve hit by the way). But I stand by this take.
Dame got traded very late in the offseason. It’s gonna take some time for him to integrate himself with the rest of the team. This is the first time in his life he’ll be a number two option, and I expect there to be a bit of a learning curve playing with a dominant big man like Giannis. I think he takes the good teammate road tonight and is a bit more passive than usual.
