I really like Kevin Durant in this spot but a blowout is the biggest worry. To combat that, we are only betting on his scoring output in the first quarter so there’s no risk of losing due to game script.

San Antonio Spurs vs. Phoenix Suns Prediction

Bradley Beal is confirmed out and Devin Booker is doubtful. Last game when they both sat we saw Durant play all 12 minutes of the first quarter. In that 12 minutes he scored 10 points and I could see him doing the same thing here tonight.

San Antonio have allowed top scorers like Paul George and Jalen Green to hit this number against them in the first quarter. Durant has a points prop of 31.5 so if he plays all 12 minutes of the opening quarter then eight point’s shouldn’t be asking for too much.

People were calling Victor Wembanyama a taller Durant in the offseason, it’s no secret that KD scrolls through Twitter in his free time and types his own name in the search bar. I’m expecting a highly motivated Durant to come out hot. Let's roll!
