After a 4-1 day with yesterday's picks, we're headed to today's slate with only five games.
As a reminder, there's one earlier game on the slate, including the Nets-Cavaliers game at 2:00 pm ET. That game will be played in Paris and featured on NBA TV earlier today.
Essentially, there are only four games on tonight's slate. But I've got a few player props that you should still consider despite the small slate!
January 11 Best NBA Player Props

Grayson Allen has hit at least three assists in 66% of games this season. He's also nailed this line in eight of his last ten games.
Against the Clippers, in Phoenix's last game, Allen only attempted three shots in 31 minutes. With Devin Booker, Bradley Beal, Kevin Durant, and Jusuf Nurkic on the floor, he's no longer a primary scoring option.
He will have big nights from downtown when games call for it. However, in this game, he'll be more of a passer.
The Lakers rank 29th in the NBA in assists allowed to small forwards. Allen has also averaged 3.2 assists per game in January while taking no more than eight shots in all but one game in the month.

We'd love those Allen assists to reach Kevin Durant.
The -180 price point seems high. However, Durant has nailed this line in 60% of games this season. He's also added at least two threes in 70% of his last 20 games and has nailed this line in four of his previous five.
Durant has only played in two games in January. But for a bigger sample size, he attempted 4.4 threes per game in December and shot over 45% from downtown in the month.
As long as Durant takes four or five threes, he'll achieve two three-pointers made, especially against a Lakers team that ranks 26th in threes made defensively.

Of course, we've got to have one player prop for the Paris game.
Cameron Johnson has hit at least three three-pointers in four straight games. He's also hit this line in 62% of games this season and has drained three or more threes in eight of his last ten games.
To start January, Johnson has averaged more than eight threes attempted per game. He's also averaged 3.5 made threes per game in the month.
Johnson will typically get more than 30 minutes and has shot nearly 42% from deep despite a high volume from downtown. I'll take his Over against a Cleveland defense that ranks 22nd in threes made from against power forwards.
