The Boston Celtics travel to Milwaukee tonight to take on the Bucks. The Celtics are on the second night of a back-to-back, as they took Minnesota to overtime after coming back in the second half. They went on to win one 127-120 in overtime to move to a perfect 18–0 at home this season, their best start at home in team history. The Bucks, meanwhile, are coming off one of their worst games of the season. They got blown out at home against the Utah Jazz, losing one 132-116. The Bucks have been a good team at home this season, though. Can they bounce back against the Celtics or will they be slowed down by the them?

Boston Celtics vs. Milwaukee Bucks Prediction
The Celtics are in a tough spot here. They are playing their fifth game in seven nights, as they played back-to-back on Friday and Saturday, and have had just one day's rest between their last two games before this back-to-back. Last night they took the top defensive team in the NBA to overtime with lots of their starters playing heavy minutes. Jayson Tatum, Jrue Holiday, Derrick White, and Jaylen Brown all played over 40 minutes last night because it went to overtime. The Celtics came out of that game with a win, which was a big win for them to remain undefeated at home, but they now travel and have a severe rest disadvantage against the Bucks. The Bucks come into this game very well rested. They have not played since Monday, and they have not had a back-to-back in over a week. The Bucks are also hungry for a win here after getting embarrassed at home in their last game on Monday, which they have had lots of time to think about with two days off. They have lost back-to-back games now, but they have yet to lose three games in a row this season. Also, the Bucks get Damian Lillard back, who did not play against the Jazz in that home loss on Monday. While the Celtics are the better team on a neutral court in a normal situation, they are an underdog tonight for a reason. Jason Tatum is dealing with an injury, and he was held out of Monday’s game, but he played last night, inevitably to try and beat the Wolves, who are in first place in the Western Conference.
While they succeeded, Tatum and the other starters played hefty minutes, and Tatum had to drop 45 points for the Celtics to beat the Timberwolves in overtime. With Tatum not at 100%, I can’t see him dropping 45 points again tonight, even though he is one of the best players in the NBA. This is a tough spot for the Celtics team against a very well-rested Bucks team that is hungry to bounce back after that blowout loss at home on Monday. I am backing the Bucks to take down the Eastern Conference leaders tonight.
