Oklahoma City Thunder vs. New Orleans Pelicans Prediction
Taking superstar under's isn’t my favorite bet to root for, but I see value here. It’s no secret that SGA is having an incredible year and is an elite scorer. With that being said, this number feels high for him in a matchup this tough.
I know that SGA is 32.5 on most books, so we’re buying the extra point and for good reason. SGA has exactly 33 points in two of his last three games. With buying the extra point, the recent hit rate is under in six straight and nine of his last 10 games. A recent 90% hit rate and a pest in Herb Jones defending you, sign me up.
New Orleans has length and should be able to prevent some of those typical SGA drives to the basket. This game will more than likely be close and SGA will see big minutes, but we’re banking on New Orleans turning him into more of a facilitator tonight. Last time against New Orleans this year, SGA could only muster 20 points in 38 minutes, sounds good to me. Let's roll!
