The Wizards are the worst rebounding team in the league and have allowed the most rebounds to centers this season. Claxton is leading the Nets with 9.7 rebounds per game and 17.5 rebound opportunities per game. He has recorded 12+ rebounds in four of his last four games against the Wizards and should be able to clean up on the glass in this matchup again tonight.
We’ve seen several players put up big rebound totals against the Wizards this month including Nikola Vucevic (16), Andre Drummond (12), Domantas Sabonis (14), and Jabari Smith (14).
Claxton is next in line to dominate this matchup, he’s been playing consistent minutes with 30+ in each of his last three games, and is coming off a 16 rebound performance against the Toronto Raptors (another bad rebounding team) which is why I’m taking the over on his rebound prop tonight.
