Despite losing Trae Young to an injury back in February, the Hawks have still been able to compete in the NBA thanks to Dejounte Murray. Trae Young went down in mid-February, and since then, Dejounte Murray has taken over the starting point guard role for the Hawks. Dejounte Murray has done very well in this role, averaging 39.7 points + rebounds + assists with Trae Young out of the lineup this season in 23 total games. His line tonight is 39.5 points + rebounds + assists. Murray is more than capable of hitting this line tonight, as he has done so in 60% of his last 10 games. In March, Murray even hit 40 points alone three times, not needing to worry about the rebounds and assists. Murray has played one other game this season against the Pistons without Trae Young, and in that game, he finished with 32 points, 10 assists, and five rebounds. The Pistons do not have a very good defense, and both of these teams like to run the floor, so with Murray being at the forefront of this offense, he should have an opportunity to fill up the box score again tonight.
