On a bet that I haven’t seen anyone on yet. Let's target Rui Hachimura and the Lakers to continue having issues on Monday night against the Denver Nuggets.

This is a shock, but I’m taking an under here. Rui played three regular season games against Denver this year, and averaged just 10.3 points in those games. Additionally, in Game 1 of this series, Rui shot just 2-4 and finished with seven points.
Los Angeles Lakers vs. Denver Nuggets Prediction
Even if Rui hit every shot he took in Game 1, he wouldn’t have cashed this. When LeBron, AD and DLo are shooting over 75% of your teams shots, it leaves scraps for the rest of the supporting cast. Rui is a fine player, but will need to utilize his energy on defense as he has been tasked as the primary defender on Jokic.
With Rui having a tougher than normal defensive task, I would imagine he will prioritize his efforts and energy on that side of the ball, and let the better scorers and shooters do the work on offense. LeBron is running out of seasons left to play and will likely have high volume, AD will take plenty of shots, and either DLo or Reaves will get hot at points in this one. I have Rui finishing between 10-12 points, and think this is a worth a play at a unit. Let's roll!
