Atlanta Dream vs. Dallas Wings Prediction
Dallas closed the first half with a 101-97 road victory over Portland after beating Los Angeles 90-82 two games earlier. Bueckers scored 25 points against the Sparks and has continued to control games through her scoring, passing and late-game shot creation. Arike Ogunbowale gives Dallas another aggressive perimeter option, while Jessica Shepard and rookie Azzi Fudd have added balance around the star backcourt.
Atlanta defeated Chicago 93-91 in its final game before the break after recording a 111-92 victory over Toronto and a 101-92 win against Los Angeles. Allisha Gray and Rhyne Howard provide a strong two-way guard combination, while Angel Reese’s rebounding creates additional possessions. Atlanta has also already held Dallas to 72 and 69 points in two victories this season.
Those earlier meetings deserve respect, but Dallas is playing with far greater confidence than it showed in May. Bueckers was held to seven points in the second matchup, while she and Ogunbowale combined to shoot 4-of-24. Repeating that level of defensive control becomes much more difficult against a deeper Wings rotation with Fudd providing another reliable shooter.

- Pick: Wings ML (+100) Click here to get the best odds at DraftKings Sportsbook
Atlanta is capable of disrupting Dallas again, but the market is asking the Dream to win a third straight meeting on the road against a team with the better record and stronger recent form. Bueckers gives the Wings the best late-game creator in a matchup lined near a pick’em, and Dallas has enough perimeter scoring to punish Atlanta if it loads its defense toward her.
