Well we are back with another edition of Friday Night Lights this evening as we have a pair of FBS clashes on the gridiron and I am ready to dive into them both. To get things started, we are going to get after the early clash on the board between the Boston College Eagles and the Syracuse Orange and then looking to the Colorado State vs. Wyoming game.
College Football Week 10 Picks
Boston College vs. Syracuse
Syracuse is back at home after not having a home game for an entire month (last home game they had was against Clemson on September 30th) and they are desperate for a win. After a 4-0 start, the Orange have dropped four straight and they haven't even been close. They lost 31-14 to Clemson, 40-7 to UNC, 41-3 to FSU and were surprisingly rolled by Virginia Tech as well with a final score of 38-10.
This is not just a massive spot for the season but you have to believe it a big morale spot for the players and fans. The offense needs to produce tonight and luckily they face a Boston College team likely to give up points. BC has a quarterback capable of moving the ball against a poor Syracuse defense and the over is 6-1-1 in their games this year.
Colorado State vs. Wyoming
Wyoming has been excellent at home this season and I love this spot for them coming off of back-to-back losses. They started the season 5-1 including the huge upset over Texas Tech at home week one before dropping their last two games against strong opponents in ranked Air Force and an explosive Boise State squad. They get Colorado State at home off of back-to-back losses as well and while it is a rebound spot for both teams, this is a better spot for Wyoming and I think they remain undefeated at home.
