The Tennessee Titans will look to find their identity again after losing to the New York Giants in Week 1.

The road won't get easier for the Titans when they take on the Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football in the NFL's first game of a doubleheader. The Bills ultimately destroyed the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday's Opening Night, 31-10. After that win, the public will be all over the Bills in this one. Are the Bills the right side to bet? The Tennessee Titans probably outplayed the New York Giants but ended up losing to the Giants at home to start the season.

The Titans need to clean things up, but beyond just the box score, I'd say the Titans outplayed the Giants. Sometimes you can be the better team and still end up losing. Derrick Henry ran for almost four yards per carry but only had 21 carries and didn't break any massive gains down the field. Meanwhile, Ryan Tannehill is just getting comfortable with life without A.J. Brown and Julio Jones. Instead, he's got Robert Woods and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine as his top receivers.

Both ended up catching one pass.

Young players like Kyle Phillips and Treylon Burks were the receivers who played well in the loss. Phillips had nine targets and six catches, while Burks had three catches on five targets.

The Titans also ran a couple of pass plays with Dontrell Hilliard. He added two receiving touchdowns from the backfield on three receptions.

The pass protection was solid for the Titans, and we know what the run game is capable of with Henry getting the ball.

The Bills' defensive line will still be challenging for the Titans in the passing game. The Bills sacked Matthew Stafford seven times and forced three interceptions in their first game against the Rams.

However, as I stated above, the Titans were solid in protection against the Giants. If the Titans can limit mistakes and sacks, they'll stick around.

On the other hand, offensively, the Bills were phenomenal in Week 1. Josh Allen went 26-for-31 from the field and added three touchdowns. He also had two interceptions and two sacks but finished with a 91.2 QBR. On top of that, Allen rushed for 56 yards on ten carries and scored another touchdown on the ground.

The Bills' pass protection needs improvement. However, Allen will still be able to escape pressure with his feet and still make plays, despite the offensive line not playing well.

The run game is also a big question mark. Devin Singletary got eight carries while Zack Moss received six carries, and James Cook had one carry. Allen still led the team with ten carries, while Singletary averaged more yards per carry.

The Titans allowed a lot of rushing yards to Saquon Barkley last week. Can the Bills take advantage of Tennessee's weak rushing defense?

Titans don't deserve to be 10-point underdogs against any team in the league. The Titans can get stops in the passing game with a solid pass rush, just like the Bills. The Titans arguably protected Tannehill better than the Bills protected Allen. Yes, I know the Titans played the Giants, and the Bills played the Rams, but if the Titans can figure out their passing game with some of their other targets, they'll help complement Derrick Henry on offense. I'll take the Titans at +10.
