One of the smartest things we can do as human beings on the planet Earth is to drop an NFL teaser for the upcoming weekend on Wednesday. It just is. I'll even tell you why. What are you supposed to do? Not think about it? Exactly. And by the time Friday rolls around, we'll all be thinking about college football so the next real-time we think full-on NFL will be Saturday night after beers. We need to do something now and we still have a chance to do it before the lines are completely baked. Plus by the time Sunday rolls around we won't even remember we have this ticket so it has a Christmas angle to it too. Feels right.

Last season, New Orleans beat him twice. Once was a 9-0 slaughter in front of everyone in prime time. The year before, it was New Orleans coming away with two wins.

In fact, Tom Brady has not beaten the Saints in the regular season as the Buccaneers quarterback. But here's the thing. I'm not even saying the Buccaneers are going to lose this game. I'm just saying that it's hard to imagine the Saints not covering 8.5. They know the recipe for Tom Brady. They've proven that. At worst this is a 27-24 type game. This should carry us to the 4:00s.

Minnesota Vikings +8.5

I feel a little bit weird about this one as it seems like it will be a popular option. Everyone knows how those end. But after thinking about it, I can't not bet it. First off, it's the second Monday Night Football game which fits in perfectly with what we are trying to do here. We get to grab a win from the 1:00 pm ET slate and hold on to that glorious feeling for more than 24 hours. You have to admit, that's a pretty good feeling to hang on to. When you get the chance, you should hang on to it.

The thing with the Vikings is they looked like kings last week. I get that Green Bay was team busted coverage but still. The Vikings smashed and they should do the same this week against the Philadelphia Eagles. The key to this one is the fact that the Eagles had a really hard time stopping my Detroit Lions. They gave up 35 points. Even if the Vikings can't stop the Eagles enough to win, they should easily cover 8.5. We could even be looking at a backdoor cover here which is the most electric thing in sports betting. We need this.
