ANALYSIS

Arizona Cardinals vs. Los Angeles Rams Prediction, Picks, Odds: Can Cooper Kupp, Rams Beat Cardinals?

The Los Angeles Rams vs. the Arizona Cardinals will battle it out on Sunday afternoon for an NFC West matchup. The Rams enter play representing a 1-1 record on the young season. The Rams were beat up in week one at home when the Bills came into town, but they bounced back last week with a win over the Atlanta Falcons.

The Rams come into this year as the reigning Super Bowl champs, and they have high expectations again this season. They are considered a super bowl favorite yet again this year. Matthew Stafford leads the Rams, and if he can turn in a season similar to last year, the Rams will have a chance to repeat.

Arizona Cardinals vs. Los Angeles Rams Prediction

Stafford and Copper Kupp took the league by storm last season, and they have been great together yet again they two weeks. Los Angeles also represents one of the best defenses in football, led by Aaron Donald and Jalen Ramsey. Arizona enters this year with a lot of question marks. Star Qb Kyler Murray signed a long-term deal in the off-season, and the Cardinals are putting their faith into number one.

He showed why last weekend when the Cardinals stormed back late to knock off the Raiders in over time. Murray made multiple outstanding plays down the stretch to help lead the Cardinals to the win. He will start the season without his top option Deandre Hopkins who will be back later on in the season. Arizona is hopeful that they can make some noise out of the west, and they know today will be a tough task.

I am backing the Rams with the points today. This should be a great spot for LA, and I believe this line is an overreaction to a couple of things. The first thing is now the Rams have played so far this season. The Rams have not looked very sharp in the first two weeks, but this team is much better than they have shown. Especially on defense, I think that they are a much better team than they have shown. The second reason I think this line is low is because of the Cardinal's comeback last week. I am not taking anything away from it, but the Rams are a much better team than the Raiders. I trust the Rams today. Let’s stay hot!
