Denver Broncos vs. San Francisco 49ers Prediction
The San Francisco 49ers vs. the Denver Broncos will duel it out on Sunday night under the lights. The Broncos enter play with a record of 1-1, but it has been a rough 1-1.
The Broncos lost their season opener to the Seahawks in a game that they could not finish in the red zone. They also made a controversial decision at the end of the game to go for a game-winning kick instead of going for it on fourth and short. This decision was one that was talked about for a while as many questioned the decision-making of new head coach Nathaniel Hackett.
Things did not get much better in Week 2 for the first-year head coach as the Broncos played an extremely sloppy brand of football despite getting the win over the Texans. The bottom line is that tensions are high right now in the Mile High.
The 49ers also enter play with a 1-1 record on the young season. San Fran was upset in Week 1 when they lost in Chicago, but they were able to bounce back and get a win over Seattle last week. The headline of the week was not the win for the 49ers, but the announcement that starting QB Trey Lance would miss the rest of the season. Lance is a guy that the 49ers have been very excited about and gave the starting job to this season over Jimmy Garoppolo. Jimmy G stepped in last week and looked great, leading the 9ers to the win, and he will look to do that yet again today.Â

I am all over the dog here in the Broncos. This is my favorite play of the day, without a doubt. This is the perfect buy-low spot on Denver at plus money, and they are at home. Denver has looked disappointing so far this year, but I still have a lot of faith in this roster and Russell Wilson. They have a young head coach who is going to make mistakes early in his career. The 49ers are a solid team, but I do not think that they should be favored here tonight in Denver. I love the spot for the Broncos, who I expect to roll tonight.Â
