5 MinutesMinnesota Vikings vs. Detroit Lions Prediction, Pick, and Odds: Can Kirk Cousins Bounce Back for Vikings?
The Detroit Lions vs. Minnesota Vikings will clash from Minnesota on Sunday afternoon for an NFC Notht affair. The Lions come into this one feeling good about themselves after a win over r the Commanders last weekend. Detroit has been one of the best offenses in football so far this year, led by former Ram Jarred Goff. Their running game has been outstanding as well led by D'Andre Swift and Jamaal Williams. It has been a long time since Detirot had a competitive team, and one thing is for sure the Lions fans are excited about this team.

Minnesota Vikings vs. Detroit Lions Prediction
The Vikings come into this game with a 1-1 record, winning in week one over the Packers and getting smoked in week two in Philly. Their Monday night loss was bad on every level as Kirk Cousins was brutal for the Vikings. His Monday night woes continued, and he will look to quickly erase that today with a strong outing vs. the Lions. Minnesota is slated to be a playoff team this season. This is a roster that has a boatload of talent, but the question is can they put all the talent together? They have not been able to the last few seasons, and this forced a change in the head coaching position. Former Rams offensive coordinator Kevin O'Connell is confident that this can be one of the best offenses in the NFL. They certainly have the talent and will look to display it the rest of the season.
I am backing Minnesota with the points today. I think a lot of people love the Lions as dogs, and I understand why. They are 2-0 ATS, and they have shown that they have an above-average offense in the first two weeks; I still am not buying them as a team, however. Minnesota is much more talented, and they hold a lot of matchup advantages on both sides of the ball today. I trust that they will take advantage of these matchups today and put up a lot of points.
