The Arizona Cardinals were supposed to be a juggernaut on the offensive end. Instead, they've scored just 20.7 points per game after signing Kyler Murray to a huge extension. Granted, Murray doesn't have DeAndre Hoplins available yet, but he's still got Marquise Brown and Zach Ertz running routes. Now the Cardinals will take on the Carolina Panthers, on the road, in a game that feels like a must-win for the Cardinals.

Arizona's offense has lagged, but the defense has been much worse. The Cardinals have allowed nearly 400 yards defensively, including almost 300 yards passing per game. The coverage has looked like the worst in the league and the front seven hasn't made a huge impact in the first three weeks of the season.

On the other hand, the Panthers can't even average 300 yards per game and have allowed 360 yards per game on the defense. Carolina has been average in almost every department on the offense and defense.

They're getting consistent play out of Christian McCaffrey lately. He's rushed 50 0times for 243 yards and a touchdown. Meanwhile, Robbie Anderson has been the best pass catcher on the team, with Baker Mayfield under center. Could this be the game where the Cardinals finally break out offensively? Below we'll review some of the best anytime touchdown options in this game between the Arizona Cardinals vs. Carolina Panthers.

Carolina Panthers vs. Arizona Cardinals Anytime Touchdown Scorers

Marquise Brown Anytime Touchdown (+205) (Bet $100 to win $205)

The Cardinals really need to start ramping it up on the offensive end. Kyler Murray has loved throwing to Marquise Brown. He's got 24 catches for 251 yards and a touchdown. As long as the volume is there for Brown, there's a good chance he'll find the endzone. He and Greg Dortch have been the two receivers stepping up in Hopkins' absence.

Kyler Murray Anytime Touchdown (+320) (Bet $100 to win $320)

Murray isn't taking off that much when he's in the pocket. He's been sticking it out in the pocket and doing whatever he can to throw the football down the field. However, if he isn't pressured around the red zone, he'll be patient in the pocket and pick the right time to rush the football.

He's got a nose for the end zone in these situations and could find himself in one of these spots again. At +320, it's worth a gamble on Murray to find the end zone in a game where I think the Cardinals will finally break out offensively.

James Conner Anytime Touchdown (+106) (Bet $100 to win $106)

Conner's knee has kept him limited in practice, but he'll play in this game. He's rushed 30 times for 90 yards and has a touchdown. He's also had 15 targets in three games for 73 yards. He hasn't caught a touchdown pass yet, but he's also dangerous in that area.

Conner is a big back that can power his way around the goal line. But he's also a guy who can catch the ball and bang his way to the end zone. Last year, Connor was a magnet to the end zone. This year could be similar once the Cardinals start to mesh better.
