ANALYSIS

Indianapolis Colts vs. Tennessee Titans Odds, Pick, Prediction: Will Jonathan Taylor Outplay Derrick Henry?

The Tennessee Titans vs. the Indianapolis Colts will battle things out from Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday afternoon. These two teams are expected to be the two best in the AFC South, but they have both struggled a bit out of the gate. The Titans and the Colts each picked up their first win of the season last Sunday, and they will look to feed off of that today.

The Titans were able to sneak past the Raiders despite a late push by Las Vegas in the last couple of minutes. The Colts got a come from behind fourth quarter win over the Kansas City Chiefs, which could spark some momentum for Indy. The Colts also hold a rare tie on their resume as they tied with the Houston Texans in week one. Tennesse is looking to win their third straight AFC South title, while the Colts are looking to claim their first division title since 2014.

Colts vs. Titans Prediction

Indy made a move in the off-season to bring in veteran Matt Ryan. Ryan brings a ton of experience to the table, and he will look to prove that the move to bring him in was the right one this season. Since Andrew Luck retired, the QB position has been a revolving door. The Colts are on their third starting Qb in the last three seasons. This is a very talented surrounding roster, and they feel as if the QB play is there and they can compete against anyone.

I will be backing the home team today in the Indianapolis Colts. I think this is too short of a line, and the reason that it is so short is based on the play of Indy in the first three weeks. They are a much better team than they have shown, and I think they showed us some of that last weekend against the Chiefs. They are also the home team which plays a big factor in divisional games. I am extremely high on this Colts defense, and I think that if they can shut down the run today, Tennesse will really struggle to move the football and score points. I will put my trust in the home team here. Let’s stay hot!
