Was yesterday fun? Of course it was. I love winning college football bets. We all should. But yesterday is over and if we want today to be as awesome as yesterday, then we'll need some action on the NFL. That's just how awesomeness works. The good news is, finding something to hammer shouldn't be very hard. There are like 1000 NFL games today. The thing is, we don't want any of those -120 moves. That's for rookies. What we want are those beautiful plus signs in front of our prices. That's what gets us jacked up. Lucky for us, I found one today that we can all be proud of. We're actually going to the moon.

New York Giants vs. Chicago Bears Prediction

Khalil Herbert 80+ Rushing Yards (+100) (Bet $100 to win $100)

*Odds Available at FanDuel*

We're at FanDuel for this one since they are the best book on the planet due to the ladder options. They simply can't be beaten and I have no idea why the other books don't get in the ladder game. So dumb on their part. Obviously, I said this is a moonshot so if you want to go 90+ (+152), 100+ (+225), 110+ (+310), or even 125+ (+520), I'm not going to stop you. Honestly, nobody will, it's your sportsbook account.

The first thing I did when I saw this match-up was ask Alexa if any running back had ever run for 1000 yards in a single game. She said no and I believe her. The thing is, we could see Herbert get pretty close to doing that today. No disrespect to David Montgomery but he's out and I've seen enough of Herbert to know that he can easily do what Montgomery does. I don't think there's much of a difference. On top of that, I've seen Justin Fields throwing the ball so we also know that if the Bears gain yards, it won't be through the air.

Fields will have an excuse to not have much success through the air today since the weather in New York is terrible right now. We're talking rain for pretty much the whole game with 17+ mph winds mixed in. This just isn't the day to ask Fields to throw the ball. In fairness, there aren't many good days to Fields to throw it but today especially. Plus, why throw when you can just give it to Herbert and have him hit truck stick all day? He's a yards-after contact beast that simply can't be stopped.

Even if he could be stopped, the New York Giants would not be the team to stop him. They just wouldn't. Not even in the video games. So far this season, only two teams in the NFL have allowed more rushing yards to running backs. We're talking 379 yards on just 68 attempts. That's like 5.5 yards per carry (math). We just saw Tony Pollard go for 100+ in just 13 carries against them last week. The week before, Christian McCaffrey went 100+ on 15 carries. I have no faith in the Giants to stop this guy today. LFG!!!
