On Wednesday, Miami head coach Mike McDaniel acknowledged that the team captains got rid of a ping pong table in the locker room to prepare for their upcoming game against the Minnesota Vikings.

However, Tyreek Hill later explained that the table broke and that they ordered a new custom ping pong table for the locker room.

So while the Dolphins might not be truly satisfied with their performance, it seems like the head coach and players might not be on the same page.

Now they'll face the Minnesota Vikings, who have started the season 4-1 with third-stringer Skylar Thompson under center getting his first start for the Dolphins.

Both teams lack a good secondary. Therefore, Justin Jefferson should shine. Jefferson has 40 catches for 547 yards and two touchdowns on the season. The volume alone is good enough to take a gamble on him scoring a touchdown.

In the last two games, Jefferson has had 13 targets in each game. He's also hauled in 22 of those 26 throws. But he hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 1.

That changes against the Dolphins.

Tyreek Hill Anytime Touchdown (+135) (Bet $100 to win $135)

The Dolphins won't have Tua Tagovailoa or Teddy Bridgewater under center. Instead, it'll be Kansas State product, Skylar Thompson.

I'm not expecting much out of Thompson. But he'll have a whole week of prep with the ones in practice. He threw the ball to Hill seven times and completed all seven throws against the Jets for 47 yards.

They weren't long throws, but at least the connection is there. The Vikings have not looked great in coverage, and if Thompson and Hill are on the same page, you can expect an extended play to Hill for a touchdown.

Cook was coming off a two-touchdown performance against the Bears last week. That was his first two-touchdown game and only the second game in which he scored a touchdown.

I'm expecting a high-scoring game. Anytime the Vikings are in the red zone, Cook's a threat to steal a touchdown. He's also averaging 4.6 yards per carry and has 81 attempts on the year. He's capable of breaking out for one too.

Cook is probably the safest play on the board in this game.
