Christian McCaffrey (SF) 40+ receiving yards
No Deebo Samuel today for the 49ers, and that sets recently acquired running back Christian McCaffrey in a great spot against the Rams. He played limited snaps after arriving in San Francisco last week, but still had two catches for 24 yards. I expect head coach Kyle Shanahan to dial up a number of plays for his new weapon.
Derrick Henry (TEN) 100+ rushing yards
Not going to overthink this one. Derrick Henry has rushed for at least 100 yards in his last three games and gets the Texans' last-ranked run defense. He handled 30 carries for 128 yards against the Colts last week, and Malik Willis will be making his first at quarterback, so I expect Henry to be very busy.
Kenneth Walker III (SEA) 80+ rushing yards
Walker is a force, and over his last three games, has rushed for 88, 97, and 167 yards. Today he gets the New York Giants, who allow 118 rushing yards per game to opposing running backs, which is third most in the league. With D.K. Metcalf hobbled, I expect Walker to again see a heavy number of carries.

Saquon Barkley (NYG) 80+ rushing yards
Barkley has rushed for at least 80 yards in three of his last four games and gets a Seahawks defense giving up 149.7 rushing yards per game, which is third most in the NFL. Expect to see another heavy dose of Barkley like last week, where he carried the ball 24 times for 110 yards against the Jaguars.
