5 minBMatt's Premium +1936 Yards Parlay
Another weekend of NFL football just means another yards parlay to dial-up. We’ve hit two of these this year but come up close in back-to-back weeks. Close doesn’t count for much, so let’s walk through the next yards parlay I hope we are all celebrating at the end of Sunday.
With the odds sitting at +1936, it only felt right to let this one fly. I mean, as I often say, why not?
Aaron Jones (GB) 70+ rushing yards (+114)
Jones was finally freed last week, taking 20 carries for 143 yards against one of the league’s best run defenses – the Buffalo Bills. This week, the task gets a whole lot easier with the Detroit Lions, a team he has demolished over his career. In his last three games against the Lions, Jones has averaged 20.6 touches, 142 total yards, and scored seven touchdowns. Let’s hope the Packers again lean on their star running back this weekend.
Austin Ekeler (LAC) 60+ receiving yards (+140)
The Los Angeles Chargers will take the field this weekend without star receivers Mike Williams and Keenan Allen, which leaves a huge hole to fill in targets. Look no further than running back Austin Ekeler, who had 12 receptions for 96 yards last week against the Seattle Seahawks. He should be very busy Sunday with the Falcons allowing the 12th most receptions to opposing backs.
Travis Etienne (JAC) 80+ rushing yards (-102)
Etienne has now rushed for at least 114 yards in back-to-back games and has at least 86 rushing yards in three straight games. Etienne had 24 carries for 156 yards and a touchdown against the Denver Broncos. Without James Robinson in the picture, Etienne has become the clear RB1, and I look for him to continue his strong play against the Raiders Sunday.
Kenneth Walker III (SEA) 80+ rushing yards (+110)
Walker has become consistent on the yardage parlays, and for good reason, as he’s now scored a touchdown in his last four games. He’s also handled at least 18 carries in three straight games, and rushed for at least 88 yards in three of his last four games. The Arizona Cardinals give up a lot of explosive runs, as they allow the second-highest explosive rush rate in the NFL, so I’m backing Walker once again.
