I see this for 20.5 on PointsBet but juiced to -125. If he ends with exactly 21 then so be it but I like him to go 22+ here. Gibson is a gifted pass-catching back. He will be a huge beneficiary to JD McKissic being out. McKissic catches 3.4 balls per game on average and Gibson should be the new recipient of those targets. Gibson catches 3.6 balls on his own so he could have another monster-receiving game.

Washington Commanders vs Minnesota Vikings Prediction

Gibson has 3+ receptions in five straight games but has only hit this yardage goal in two of those five. The sportsbooks are smart to not release receptions early but I see value in the yards regardless of the hit rate. Minnesota allows the eighth-most receiving yards to running backs and Gibson has multiple 7+ reception games. McKissic being out will make Robinson the primary runner and Gibson the top pass catcher with occasional runs as well.

We will wait on a receptions line to double dip but in the meantime, let's lock this in. Gibson has 228 receiving yards over eight games which is good for 28 yards a game on average, the bulk of those games are in just a few games but this feels like a game he gets a lot of pass work. The spread is close and Heinicke likes to check down, this feels like good value. Let's start tomorrow with a win and let's roll!
