The New York Giants and the Philadelphia Eagles will meet up from the city of brotherly love on Saturday to renew an old-fashioned NFC East rivalry. As most of you know, I am a die-hard Eagles fan which means I could not be more fired up for this game on Saturday night.
While I am an Eagles fan, I keep my bias away when it comes to Eagles games. I actually had a ton of success betting on it against the Birds this year. My record betting against Philly was 6-1 this year. My record betting on Philly was 4-1. The bottom line is I know my team well, and I found us another winner here.

Philadelphia Eagles vs. New York Giants Prediction
The Giants come into this game feeling great about themselves. New York defeated Minnesota last weekend, to the surprise of many. It is important to remember that the Giants were not even supposed to be a playoff team, so their playing into late January is a win in itself. Brian Daboll has done an outstanding job in his first year at the helm for the Giants and should receive some votes for coach of the year based on his performance.
Philly, meanwhile, had a bye last week, and they have high expectations entering their first playoff game. The Eagles got off to a red-hot start and rode it all the way to a number one seed. The Eagles went an astonishing 14-1 in games that Jalen Hurts started while producing one of the best defenses in football. Philly ended the season ranked second in total defense, only behind the San Francisco 49ers. The Eagles will look to show the world why they are the top seed this weekend with a victory over the Giants.
I am all over the Eagles in this spot. Like I said earlier, I have actually bet against the Birds more this season than on them, but this is a great spot for Philly. The Giants are a public underdog and a heavy underdog at that. New York is receiving more than 80% of bets ATS at the moment, and I think that number will continue to go up.
People are putting way too much stock in the Giants after beating the Vikings, the Vikings are not the Eagles, and they are nowhere close to the Eagles. Philly has controlled the Giants in both meetings this season, and they will take care of business once again at home on Saturday. Let’s continue our massive NFL season!
