Buffalo Bills vs. Cincinnati Bengals Prediction
The Cincinnati Bengals vs. the Buffalo Bills will duel things out from Western New York on Sunday afternoon. This is a game that I have been looking forward to for the entire week. Let’s be honest. This game could easily be the AFC championship. These two teams both turned in outstanding seasons and have their eyes on the prize of winning a Super Bowl. Both of these teams are absolutely loaded on both sides of the football. The quarterback play here should get you fired up. Josh Allen vs. Joe Burrow.
Allen was about as good as any quarterback this year and was seen as an MVP front-runner for most of the year. The real issue for Allen this year was turnovers which is something that he will have to limit if he wants to lead his Bills to a Super Bowl appearance.
Joe Burrow knows a thing or two about leading his team to a Super Bowl. The Bengals shocked the league last season when they went to the AFC championship, and then they continued their run by going to the Super Bowl. The Bengals were defeated in the Super Bowl by the Los Angeles Rams, but they proved to the league that they were much better than expected to be. They may feel like they are being overlooked again today as they enter this game as a six-point underdog. The Bengals will be without two starting offensive linemen in this one which is something to note. The Bengals enter this game as winners of ten games in a row. Their last loss was all the way back on Halloween night when they lost to the Cleveland Browns.
I am all over the Bengals here with the points. I understand that this is the Buffalo Bills, but what are we doing here giving Joe Burrow and the Bengals almost a full touchdown to work with? I think that there is a very good chance that the Bengals will win this game outright. Cincy has one of the best offenses in football, and even tho they are a bit banged up on the offensive line, they will be able to produce enough points today to stay within this number. On the flip side of things, the Bengals have one of the more underrated defenses in football.
This defense was especially great in the second half of games this year, which is something to keep an eye on today. Lastly, the moment will not be too big for the Bengals. This is a Bengals team that played in many high-pressure games a season ago, so I am not worried about the atmosphere today. Let’s stay hot and cash in!
