This number feels too low. I know there is some uncertainty with who is the alpha back in Chicago’s offense but it seems to be slowly favoring in Roschon Johnson’s favor over Kahlil Herbert. Even in a split backfield I like this prop and expect this game to remain close between these two eye soar teams.
Chicago Bears vs. Denver Broncos Prediction
The game script doesn’t seem to matter to Chicago anyway as they were running the ball consistently down five possessions last week to Kansas City. Johnson has hit this in his last two games and last week saw eight carries which is his highest yet. We could see him run 10+ times on Sunday and if that’s the case he just needs to average 3.1 yards per carry.
Denver last week allowed 349 yards rushing to running backs. This catapulted them to the team that allows the most rush yards in the NFL. Despite that they allowed this number in Week 1 and Week 2 to Josh Jacobs and Brian Robinson. Both are more established runners but asking for 31 yards isn’t asking for anyone to perform rocket science.
I believe in this kids talent despite him playing in the worst offense in the league. This might be an ugly cash but I think we can get there with volume alone. This may be the only guy I can trust in this offense because Justin Fields throwing the ball is not something I ever want to rely on again. Let's roll!
