Well we are back with another electric Thursday Night Football matchup with one of the best rivalries in football. The Detroit Lions are heading to Lambeau Field for a clash with the Green Bay Packers. This will be the first meeting in nearly 15 years in which Aaron Rodgers was not she starting quarterback for the Packers and I expect things to feel a little different in what I believe is going to be a terrific game.

Detroit Lions vs. Green Bay Packers Prediction
First and foremost, it is incredibly hard to play at Lambeau Field regardless of who is on the other sideline. When you add in in the rivalry factor and understand that this is the most evenly matched these teams have been in years, it gets that much more intense in the stadium.
I love Dan Campbell but I think he struggles with some mid game adjustments and that could be easily exploited here today. That offense is explosive and can cause issues with a now-nearing veteran status Jared Goff under center for the Lions and a plethora of explosive talent but the Packers defense is legit.
I believe in this Green Bay Packers coaching staff after last week. The defense should only get better and coming off of a lockdown second half is some major moment. In regard to the team itself though, to be able to brush off shut down, three score deficit in the first half and be able to come out and win the game in the fourth quarter while conceding nothing is some crazy momentum. Say what you want about Jordan Love, I think the fan base is behind him tonight and the cheese heads are load in what they hope will be back-to-back home victories.
