7 minBrowns vs. Colts Prediction, Pick, Odds: Can The Browns Carry Momentum From Last Week's Shocking Win?
The Browns did it! They knocked off the 49ers at home to give San Francisco its first season loss.
It was a monumental moment for the Browns. However, the Browns did it without their franchise quarterback, Deshaun Watson, who is still recovering from an injury.
Watson expects to be back this week against the Colts, but the signature win for the Browns came without Watson.
On the other hand, the Colts likely won't have their prized quarterback for the rest of the season. Rookie Anthony Richardson will likely choose season-ending shoulder surgery and prepare for next season.
It'll be Gardner Minshew the rest of the way for the Colts.
With Watson returning, can the Browns continue their momentum from last week?

Cleveland Browns vs. Indianapolis Colts Prediction
The Cleveland Browns are coming off a massive win against the San Francisco 49ers. The defense played lights out despite P.J. Walker throwing two interceptions in that game.
The passing game didn't work with Walker. However, the run game added 4.7 yards per carry against San Francisco. That's something to hype up.
Obviously, if Watson returns, the passing game will be better. The Browns have tried Dorian Thompson-Robinson and P.J. Walker. Neither has done much of anything. But it sounds like Watson is truly expected to return this week.
The offense has averaged nearly 350 yards per game, with 147 yards on the ground. However, Nick Chubb is no longer available. The Browns are busy using Jerome Ford and Kareem Hunt as the top two running backs.
Although the Colts have only allowed 113.6 yards per game on the ground, the run defense hasn't looked good. They've also missed countless tackles this season. The Colts are just as bad in coverage, allowing 265.2 yards per game.
On the other hand, Garnder Minshew will get the start for the Colts at quarterback. He's one of the best backup quarterbacks. However, he's not Anthony Richardson. Richardson was able to make plays with his feet and had x-factor ability.
Minshew is a solid leader and a fun veteran. But he also threw three interceptions last weekend against the Jaguars in a 37-20 loss.
While the Colts have Jonathan Taylor back, he's busy sharing reps with Zack Moss. Neither did much of anything against the Colts on Sunday.
The Browns might struggle to tackle. However, the pass rush is one of the best in the league. The secondary has also played well. Therefore, if the Colts struggled to run the ball, they'll have just as many problems trying to score the ball against the Browns.
I'll roll with the Browns against the spread.
