NFL Rushing Props: Targeting Austin Ekeler on the Week 7 RB Cheat Sheet

The NFL hasn't had an elite defense against the run this season. Plenty of teams have looked really bad than those that have looked good against the run.

Let's exploit those bad teams this weekend.

Here are three running back props to consider for Week 7 in the NFL.

Make sure to check my other articles for the positions, including quarterbacks and wide receivers.

Brian Robinson Over 63.5 Rushing Yards (-110) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

The New York Giants have allowed 147.5 yards per game on the ground this season.

All we need is Brian Robinson of the Commanders to earn 64 or more rushing yards in this game.

Robinson leads Washington with 302 yards on 77 carries. That average is nearly four yards per carry, which isn't so bad. If the Commanders can hold the lead early, they'll likely try and run the ball through the Giants with Robinson.

Over the last two games, Robinson has only got 16 carries. He's had games with more than 16 carries. Look for Washington to recommit to the run game.

Austin Ekeler Over 52.5 Rushing Yards (-110) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

The Chiefs have done a lot of great things in the passing game. But they can be beaten on the ground.

It just takes one bigger gain to get to 53 yards rushing.

Ekeler has only played in two games. But he's averaged 15 carries per game for 144 yards. He's averaged 4.8 yards per carry despite only earning 27 yards on the ground on 14 carries against the Cowboys.

His numbers should increase against a Chiefs run defense that doesn't compare to the Cowboys'.

Ekeler was injured and out for many weeks after his Week 1 dominance. Although he struggled last weekend, he still got 14 carries. That's what matters the most.

Justice Hill Under 26.5 Rushing Yards (-110) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

Justice Hill only earned eight carries against the Titans last weekend. That was third on the box score, behind Gus Edwards and Lamar Jackson.

Hill is clearly the second running back option for the Ravens right now, and with the Lions allowing just 64.7 yards per game on the ground, there are not enough yards to go around.

Jackson will get his. Edwards will have his volume. But Justice Hill will likely be the lone man out. His carries will probably shorten, and his yardage will take a hit, too.

Take his Under.
