The New York Jets will take on the New York Giants in an exciting matchup between two New York teams. This isn't really a rivalry. The Giants and Jets play each other every four years. They're not even in the same conference, let alone same division. But this still allows friends and family to have bragging rights. Beyond that, this game could get the Jets above .500 or give the Giants a two-game win streak. It will be a fun one in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

We might get a game between two backup quarterbacks. It doesn't sound like Daniel Jones is cleared to play with a neck injury. If he's unable to go, Tyrod Taylor will make his third straight start for the Giants. If anything, Taylor has moved the ball better than Jones has in those two games. Taylor has thrown at least 200 yards in each game and has two passing touchdowns with no interceptions. He's also added nearly 50 yards rushing in those two games on 13 attempts. Meanwhile, Daniel Jones had thrown six interceptions, with only two passing touchdowns. Granted, he had another rushing touchdown. However, the turnovers were killing the Giants game after game. Taylor has protected the ball, allowing the Giants defense to step up with better field position. Still, don't expect Taylor to dominate with his arm against the Jets. It's unclear if Sauce Gardner and D.J. Reed will return from their injuries. But even if they don't, the Jets will be fine. The Jets made Jalen Hurts look silly without their two best corners and earned an upset win over the Eagles. The Giants could only dream about putting together a game like that. On the other hand, the Jets are improving offensively. Zach Wilson still has more interceptions than touchdowns thrown. But he's had more games where he's limited turnovers than not.

The run game has earned 117.5 yards per game under Breece Hall and Dalvin Cook. But Hall is just starting to get full work as the starting running back for the Jets. He's going to see his stats improve over time. With the Giants allowing 137.3 yards per game on the ground, Hall's numbers should see an uptick on Sunday. New York has a reliable pass rush. But the rest of the defense hasn't met expectations throughout the season. But with two backup quarterbacks taking the field, the Under makes the most sense. The Jets defense is terrific, and the Giants defense will put pressure on Wilson. Take the Under 36.5.
