The Los Angeles Raiders are in the Motor City for a clash with the Detroit Lions at Ford Field in what I expect to be a really strong bounce back game here for the Lions. They are coming fresh off an embarrassing loss to the Ravens but have had an extra day to scheme and get healthy for this clash, I like this spot for them at home.

Jared Goff and the Lions offense looked awful in every facet of the game against Baltimore, and were clearly out-schemed. They consistently found themselves in situations where they had to start forcing the issue, leading to many dumb mistakes. Baltimore has an elite offense, they have barely given up a touchdown per opponent this season. But I expect more from the Lions after what we have seen thus far on the season. I really think the Lions rebound here, and with the run they have had at home lately, I would back them against almost anyone. They're 12-3, averaging 32.5 PPG in their last 15 home games.
On the flip side, this Raiders squad is set for a bad week in my eyes. This is a motivated, hungry Detroit squad about to face a defense that let Tyson Bagent (I know, who is that guy) drop 30 points on them with the Bears in their 30-12 loss last week. Maxx Crosby is legitimately the only player that could cause issues in my eyes for the Lions, but I'm sure they can find a way to negate his efforts as the Lions roll at home.
