The Cleveland Browns will clash with the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday in a low-scoring battle. Can Myles Garrett and the Browns defense stifle the red-hot Lamar Jackson? Jason Radowitz provides his analysis and pick in Browns vs. Ravens.
ANALYSIS

Browns vs. Ravens Prediction, Pick, Odds: Can the Browns Defense Slow Down Lamar Jackson, Ravens?

The Baltimore Ravens have won four consecutive games dating back to mid-October. While the defense has been sensational, the offense has added at least 31 points in each of the last three games.

It'll be up to the Cleveland Browns to stop that. Cleveland is 5-3 on the season and known for its dominant defense, just like the Ravens.

Despite the Ravens and Browns combining for 64 points in their respective games last weekend, is it safe to say that we'll have a much lower-scoring game this weekend?

Here are our picks, predictions, and odds for Sunday's game between the Cleveland Browns vs. Baltimore Ravens.

Browns vs. Ravens Prediction

While the Ravens have won four straight games, the Browns aren't far behind, with three wins in their last four games.

This is the first week where quarterback Deshaun Watson hasn't been on the injury report mid-week. This is probably the healthiest Watson has been all season long.

Watson has started five games but has only played in four games. He's thrown for 902 yards with a 62% completion percentage. The offense for the Browns hasn't had success throwing the ball, averaging under 185 yards per game.

However, a healthy Watson could change the landscape of this offense. Cleveland's got Amari Cooper playing exceptionally well. He's added 617 yards on 35 catches for two touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Jerome Ford, who took over for Nick Chubb earlier in the season, is also healthy again. Ford has rushed for 425 yards on 107 carries this season.

The Browns have rushed for 144 yards per game. But that was with Chubb's help earlier in the season. With the Ravens allowing only about 92 yards per game on the ground, the Browns will likely earn a large portion of their offense in the air.

However, the Ravens still have one of the best secondaries in the NFL. Throwing in the air won't be very easy against the Ravens, either. After all, the Ravens have allowed under 14 points per game this season.

Meanwhile, the Browns' defense has held teams to 145 yards passing and under 90 yards rushing per game this season. The pass rush is sensational, and the secondary has played very well. Cleveland's missed tackles are worrisome. But the defense has still allowed just over 17 points per game, which is really good.

Baltimore's offense is playing at a high level, scoring 26.56 points per game. The offense has averaged nearly 210 yards in the air and another 160.33 yards on the ground. But don't be surprised if the Cleveland pass rush can create havoc, even with Jackson escaping pressure.

I'll gladly take the Under in this game.
