The Seattle Seahawks have lost three of their last four games. Geno Smith hasn't played up to his ability, and the run game has added only 95.82 yards per game this season.
With that, the offense hasn't even added three total touchdowns per game this season. Instead, they're averaging 20.82 points with 221.55 yards in the air and 95.82 yards on the ground.
They'll face a Cowboys defense with one of the nation's best pass defenses. Dallas has held teams to 167.18 yards per game with an elite pass rush and an electric secondary.
The Cowboys have even done well converting on tackles this year. They've just struggled slightly against the run. But as a unit, the Cowboys have allowed only 16.82 points per game.
The squad is even better on their home field.
Meanwhile, Dak Prescott has put up MVP-like numbers for the Cowboys. Dallas has averaged over 31 points per game, while Prescott has thrown for nearly 3,000 yards. Prescott's completion percentage is the best it has been in his career.

The run game should have more potential against the Seahawks. Seattle has allowed 117.73 yards per game defensively on the ground and has missed countless tackles this season.
Therefore, I'll grab the Cowboys at -9 at home. Dallas is unstoppable at home and has feasted against lower-tier opponents. Seattle has played like a lower-tier opponent over the last month.
