We are taking another stab at a field goal prop. This one feels incredibly good for multiple reasons. This games total is 33.5 which implies it will be low scoring and teams will settle for three instead of finding the end zone.
Atlanta Falcons vs. New York Jets Prediction
The most important aspect of this bet is getting good field position. I absolutely don’t like needing to trust Desmond Ridder to get us in field goal position, but I trust Tim Boyle to play so poorly on the other end that Atlanta will start drives near midfield pretty consistently.
The Jets have allowed 2+ field goals in nine of 11 games and at least two attempts in ten of 11 games. The Jets have a nice defense that should overwhelm Ridder and keep him from putting up touchdowns. We’re hoping for 20 yard Falcons drives that start at the 50.
The forecast having a chance of rain isn’t the best news but even if it rains it shouldn’t have any real wild wind gusts. Younghoe Koo is a great kicker who has hit 22 of 23 attempts on the year. This being -130 is honestly a steal and should be even more juiced. Let's roll!
