The Patriots are having a miserable season and rumors are looming that head Coach Bill Belichick days are numbered. The Pats just haven’t got in any type of groove offensively this year. The Mac Jones era is all but over, and Bailey Zappe is the main guy these days.
On the other hand, the Denver Broncos have improved tremendously in their second year with Russell Wilson at the helm. He has had a great statistical year, throwing for 24 touchdowns with only eight interceptions. They currently have a 7-7 record and still have high hopes to make the playoffs. The total is set at 42 which is a strong indicator for an under-type game.
I’ll shy away from either side tonight and focus on a prop play that stands out to me. Demario Douglas is becoming reliable wideout for the Patriots and probably the most dependent. He continues to get a bunch of looks and has capitalized when he’s had a chance. The crazy thing is, he has zero touchdowns on the year. This man is so overdue for an end zone visit and his yards are set at 46.5 which is very foreseeable. In his last eight games, he has averaged 46 yards, and I think he tops this number tonight.
