The NFC Divisional Round continues on Sunday with a matchup between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Detroit Lions. The winner earns a trip to Santa Clara, California, to take on the top-seeded San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship game.
Oddsmakers are laying 6.5 points with the Lions at home, but Tampa Bay has been one of the most profitable teams against the spread, so with two poor pass defenses taking the field, there should be plenty of points scored. It's why the point total line is set to 49.5 points, the highest on Sunday's two-game slate.

Rookie running back Jahmyr Gibbs has proven to be one of the biggest draft picks in the 2023 class. Detroit's run-centric offense has benefited greatly from inserting Gibbs into the backfield, with David Montgomery also churning out production in a more traditional running back role versus the versatility that Gibbs offers.
Gibbs has scored a touchdown with the Lions as favorites in five consecutive games. The rookie didn't play in the first matchup against Tampa Bay earlier in the year, while Montgomery was stuffed as a ball carrier, held to 20 scrimmage yards. This forced Jared Goff to air it out to Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams for a pair of scores through the air, but Gibbs is fresh off of hauling in four receptions on four targets against the Rams in the Wild Card game.

It's been a few weeks since we've seen Mike Evans score a touchdown, but on Sunday, he'll get a fantastic opportunity against a porous Lions secondary. Detroit has allowed over 320 passing yards in four consecutive games leading into Sunday's Divisional Round game, including two matchups against Minnesota quarterback Nick Mullens.
Tampa Bay won't have much success on the ground, as the Lions are one of the top run defenses in the league, so Evans should continue to draw between six and ten targets. This is plenty of volume in a plus-matchup to find the end zone, so let's stake a unit on Evans to score a touchdown at even odds, ending his three-week touchdown drought, which also happens to be his longest slump of the season.

The Lions' WR1 has been on fire all season, including in the past several weeks, logging 90 or more receiving yards in five consecutive games. Tampa Bay's pass defense allowed the eighth-most net yards per pass attempt at 6.4 yards, so St. Brown should stay busy vacuuming up targets and churning out yards after the catch.
Tampa Bay has also allowed the 10th-most receiving touchdowns this season (23) and St. Brown scored against them earlier in the year on the road at Raymond James Stadium. Factoring in the talented run defense that the Buccaneers possess, combined with St. Brown's usage and skillset, he's set to score his 11th touchdown of the season and first of the playoffs on Sunday afternoon. Here, we're digging deep into the value bin and targeting Tampa Bay's TE1, Cade Otton, for an anytime touchdown scorer prop.
Otton saw 11 targets during Tampa Bay's win over Philadelphia in the Wild Card Round, finishing with eight receptions for 89 yards. The second-year tight end hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 14 against Atlanta, making it five weeks, Otton's longest drought of the season.
