Kansas City Chiefs vs. San Franscico 49ers Player Prop Bet: Will Deebo Samuel Make an Impact in Super Bowl 58?
The Kasnas City Chiefs and San Francsico 49ers have made it back to the Super Bowl for a rematch of Super Bowl 54 when Patrick Mahomes won his first ring. The Chiefs are now back for the fourth time in five years, while the 49ers are back for the first time since the loss in 2020. What should we expect tonight?

Kansas City Chiefs vs. San Franscico 49ers Prediction
The player I am targeting tonight is Deebo Samuel. Samuel ended the regular season with 892 receiving yards on 60 receptions, which was third on the 49ers. So far in the postseason, Deebo Samuel leads the team in receiving yards with 113 on ten receptions. That is especially exceptional when you consider that he did not play most of the game against the Packers due to a lingering injury. Deebo Samuel is the most versatile player on the 49ers offense aside from Christian McCaffrey. However, there has been lots of action coming in on McCaffrey this week, and his line is vastly higher than Deebo Samuel on the rushing+receiving yards. Christian McCaffrey is set at 128.5 rushing+receiving yards, while Deebo Samuel has a much lower line of 78.5. I believe there is more value on Samuel in this spot given that his line is 50 yards shorter. The Chiefs have done an excellent job of shutting down posing number one ride receivers, which is why I expect Brandon Aiyuk will have a slow game today. Aside from the 50-yard catch that went off the helmet of a Lion's player in the NFC Championship, Aiyuk has had a pretty slow postseason. Samuel can run a much higher variety of routes, and he is also a threat on the ground as well, which gives him the most ways to attack the Chief's defense, and this is why I expect Shanahan will rely on Deebo a lot given his versatility.
YOU MIGHT HAVE MISSED...
Samuel loves to run in playoff games. He has 280 rushing yards in 11 career postseason games, averaging 25 rush yards per postseason game. Also, that includes the Green Bay game where he only played 14% of snaps due to his injury, and also includes the NFC championship game against the Eagles last year, when the 49ers did not have a quarterback, and the offense played horribly. Now that the 49er's offense is healthy, they can use Deebo in a variety of ways to attack this elite Chief's defense. Deebo has too many ways to get the ball in this game to be glossed over. He can get a jet sweep, handoff, screen pass, and even routes up the middle, where he can tally on huge yards after the catch as he has done all season. He had a big game against the Lions in the NFC Championship when he was playing healthier and finished with 89 receiving yards and seven rushing yards. We just need him to get to 80 tonight, which feels very doable given the player he is.
