Ravens vs. Bengals Prediction: Can Lamar Jackson, Ravens Revive Playoff Hopes in Bengals Rematch?
The Ravens are reeling after two AFC North losses, and are hoping to stay alive in the playoff race with revenge against the Bengals. Can Derrick Henry and Baltimore win this rematch on the road? McBets is targeting the slight favorite in this Ravens vs. Bengals prediction for Week 15.

6 Minute ReadRavens vs. Bengals Prediction: Can Derrick Henry, Ravens Save Season in Rematch vs. Cincinnati?
This AFC North matchup carries very different meanings for each side, and that matters when you’re looking at a short number like this. Baltimore enters Sunday still very much alive in the AFC playoff race, while Cincinnati is essentially in desperation mode, needing help just to stay relevant. When the market prices this game under a field goal, I’m comfortable backing the team with the clearer motivation, the more reliable roster, and the matchup edge.
Baltimore didn’t get the result it wanted last week against Pittsburgh, but the performance itself wasn’t nearly as poor as the final score suggested. The Ravens controlled possession for nearly 34 minutes, dictated pace, and consistently moved the ball. They simply failed to finish drives and got burned by a few high-variance moments — something that tends to regress in divisional rematches.

Ravens vs. Bengals Prediction
Baltimore’s Offense Is Still in a Strong Spot
Even with Lamar Jackson not playing his cleanest football over the last month, Baltimore continues to score at a top-half rate league-wide. The Ravens remain middle-of-the-pack in offensive efficiency, which says a lot considering Jackson has been managing nagging injuries and hasn’t been at full mobility.
This matchup is exactly what Baltimore needs to stabilize. Cincinnati’s defense has been a consistent liability all season, particularly against tight ends and in the middle of the field. That forces safeties to cheat inside, which opens space elsewhere — an area where Baltimore can punish teams with its depth and versatility. Derrick Henry remains the engine of this offense, and against a Bengals front that has struggled to generate negative plays, Baltimore should be able to stay ahead of the chains. When the Ravens can run the ball and avoid obvious passing downs, the offense looks entirely different.
The Bengals’ Path Is Narrow
Cincinnati’s margin for error is razor thin. While Joe Burrow can elevate the offense, this team has shown it needs near-perfect execution to win games against playoff-caliber opponents. The defense doesn’t generate consistent pressure, and it hasn’t been able to get off the field when it matters most.
Baltimore’s recent losses to Cincinnati and Pittsburgh were driven largely by turnovers and situational mistakes, not a massive talent gap. That’s important when you’re laying less than a field goal. Clean that up even marginally, and the Ravens are in control.
Additionally, Baltimore’s recent struggles have actually helped keep this line where it is. If the Ravens had closed out either of the last two games, this would likely be Ravens -4 or higher. That’s where I think the value lies.
This Is a Get-Right Spot for the Ravens
Divisional road games are never easy, but Baltimore knows what’s at stake. This team is just two games removed from a five-game winning streak, and the urgency is very real. A win here keeps them squarely in the AFC picture, while another loss starts to complicate things.
Cincinnati, meanwhile, has been forced into shootouts because it simply can’t rely on its defense. That’s not an ideal formula against a Baltimore team that wants to control tempo, lean on the run, and limit exposure. This number isn’t asking the Ravens to dominate — it’s asking them to win. And in a matchup where they’re the more complete team with more to play for, I’m comfortable backing them to do exactly that.

- 2 Unit Pick: Ravens -2.5 (-115) Check out these best odds at DraftKings Sportsbook
This is a short number in a spot where Baltimore has clear motivation, a favorable matchup, and plenty of incentive to clean up recent mistakes. I’m laying the points and trusting the Ravens to take care of business in Cincinnati.
