Baltimore faces Dallas at Maracanã Stadium at 4:25 PM ET on CBS. The Ravens are favored by 3, with the preferred -3 price available at -118, while the total has climbed into the 53-point range.
Both teams enter 1-1. Baltimore opened with a dominant 41-23 win at Indianapolis before losing 24-17 to New Orleans, while Dallas rebounded from its Week 1 loss to the Giants by beating Washington 37-20.
Ravens vs. Cowboys Recent Results
Baltimore Ravens (1-1)
Baltimore scored 41 points and generated more than 500 yards against Indianapolis before its offense slowed considerably against New Orleans without Zay Flowers. Jackson still enters Week 3 with 559 passing yards while averaging 10.0 yards per attempt, and Henry has rushed for 212 yards with four touchdowns.
Flowers is questionable after returning to practice Friday, while Nnamdi Madubuike and Teddye Buchanan are set to make their season debuts. Left tackle Ronnie Stanley is out, creating one significant weakness along Baltimore's offensive front.
Dallas Cowboys (1-1)
Dallas' offense found its rhythm against Washington, scoring 37 after producing 20 in the opener. Prescott and Lamb remain one of the league's premier combinations, and George Pickens gives the Cowboys another downfield target that prevents defenses from simply concentrating coverage toward Lamb.
The problem is availability on defense. Linebacker DeMarvion Overshown, cornerback Cobie Durant and safeties Malik Hooker and P.J. Locke did not make the trip to Brazil, leaving Dallas without four defensive starters against one of the league's most difficult rushing attacks.

Baltimore has won four of the last five meetings, including a 28-25 victory in Dallas two years ago. The Ravens have consistently been able to generate rushing production in this matchup, which becomes especially relevant against the current Cowboys front.

Ravens vs. Cowboys Line Movement and Betting Splits
Baltimore opened around -3 and traded as high as -3.5 before -3 became available again at a heavier price. The Ravens have 54% of spread bets but 68% of the handle, giving Baltimore a larger-average-wager profile.
The total has climbed from 52 to 53, with the Over attracting 69% of bets and 77% of the handle. The market clearly expects both quarterbacks to create points in the neutral-site environment.
Ravens vs. Cowboys Prediction
Dallas' defensive injuries are the starting point. Losing two safeties, a starting corner and Overshown removes speed and communication from every level of the defense at exactly the wrong time.
Henry is particularly problematic. Washington rushed for 182 yards against Dallas last week, and Baltimore can stress the Cowboys far more aggressively with Henry between the tackles and Jackson creating an additional gap on option concepts.
Jackson's mobility also challenges a secondary already missing multiple pieces. If Dallas adds an extra defender to contain the run, Mark Andrews and potentially Flowers can attack isolated matchups behind the linebackers.
Flowers' availability would materially raise Baltimore's offensive ceiling, but the Ravens do not need him to justify the side. Henry, Andrews and Jackson provide enough established offense to repeatedly attack Dallas' compromised defense.
The concern is Stanley's absence. Dallas still has enough pass-rush talent to create problems for a replacement left tackle, and Prescott is capable of turning Baltimore mistakes into touchdowns quickly.
Madubuike's return helps counter that concern. Baltimore gets one of its best interior defenders back against a Dallas rushing attack that has not consistently controlled games, allowing the Ravens to devote more resources toward Lamb and Pickens.
Moving from -3.5 down to -3 is also meaningful in a game with significant international uncertainty. Dallas has enough offense to keep this competitive, but Baltimore's rushing mismatch and healthier defensive core provide the stronger four-quarter profile.

Paying extra juice to secure the key number is worthwhile. Dallas' offense is dangerous enough that a field-goal finish cannot be dismissed, making -3 substantially more attractive than -3.5.
Baltimore should have the clearest physical advantage when Jackson and Henry attack a Cowboys defense missing four starters. If the Ravens avoid the penalty and execution problems that hurt them against New Orleans, they have a strong path to controlling the line of scrimmage and winning by more than a field goal.
