Tennessee visits New York for a 1:00 PM ET kickoff on CBS, with the Giants currently favored by 2.5 and the total sitting at 38. The preferred betting position is Titans +3 at -125, buying through the key field-goal number in a matchup expected to remain tight and relatively low scoring.
The game looks significantly different than it did when the market opened. Tennessee began the week as a 6-point underdog, but the number collapsed after Dart suffered the knee injury that will sideline him for the remainder of the regular season and Winston was named the Giants' starter.

Tennessee opened with a disappointing 23-10 home loss to the Jets before showing major improvement against Philadelphia in Week 2. The Titans led 20-17 with less than two minutes remaining before Jalen Hurts drove the Eagles 65 yards for the winning touchdown with nine seconds left in a 24-20 defeat.
Ward completed 13 of 20 passes for 183 yards against Philadelphia and added two rushing touchdowns. Tennessee also generated 122 rushing yards after struggling badly in the opener, giving Robert Saleh's team a much more functional offensive blueprint entering its first road game.
New York Giants (1-1)
New York opened the season with a win over Dallas before its offense collapsed in a 28-6 Monday night loss to the Rams. Dart injured his knee on the opening drive and did not return, leaving Winston to finish 11 of 27 for 111 yards with no touchdowns and one interception.
Dart will miss at least the remainder of the regular season, forcing the Giants to completely change the structure of an offense that had leaned heavily on his mobility. Winston now takes over with Malik Nabers, Cam Skattebo and Isaiah Likely around him, while starting running back Devin Singletary is inactive Sunday.

Titans vs. Giants Line Movement and Betting Splits
This has been one of the largest moves of the entire Week 3 board. Tennessee opened at +6 before dropping to +2.5 after the Giants lost Dart, while New York moved from -6 to -2.5. The Titans have 52% of spread bets but only 48% of the handle, while the Giants have 48% of tickets and 52% of the money.
The total has undergone an even more dramatic adjustment, falling from 43 to 37.5 in the tracked market before settling around 38 across the broader board. The Under has attracted 83% of total bets and 78% of the handle, reflecting the market's sharp downgrade of the Giants offense with Winston replacing Dart.
The moneyline has moved in the same direction as the spread. Tennessee shifted from roughly +220 to +115 in the tracked market, with 61% of moneyline tickets and 62% of the handle backing the Titans.

The quarterback change fundamentally alters New York's offense. Dart's mobility allowed the Giants to create an extra gap in the running game, extend broken plays and stress defenses horizontally. Winston can still attack downfield, but the offense becomes far more conventional with him behind center.
That is important against a Tennessee defense built around Jeffery Simmons and a front capable of winning early downs. The Titans do not need to account for quarterback-designed runs nearly as aggressively, which allows Saleh to devote more attention to Skattebo, Nabers and the Giants' intermediate passing concepts.
Winston's aggressive style also creates turnover opportunities. He has always been willing to challenge tight windows, and Tennessee can disguise enough coverage to tempt him into throws that Dart may have simply escaped with his legs. A low total makes one turnover or short field particularly valuable.
The Titans offense also showed meaningful progress against Philadelphia. Ward looked more comfortable, Tennessee rushed for 122 yards and the offense produced a go-ahead drive in the final two minutes against the defending NFC East champions before the defense surrendered the lead. The performance was significantly more encouraging than the Week 1 loss to New York's other team.
Ward has also protected the football. He has completed 32 of 52 passes for 323 yards with one passing touchdown and no interceptions through two games while adding two rushing scores. That ball security matters in a matchup where Tennessee does not need to play aggressively to stay inside the spread.
New York does regain Andrew Thomas and Brian Burns is active, which keeps the Giants from entering completely depleted. However, Deonte Banks and Tyler Nubin are inactive in the secondary, weakening a defense that now has to compensate for an offense likely to produce fewer explosive plays.
The Titans also get Tyjae Spears available after he spent most of the week managing an ankle injury. Pairing Spears with Pollard gives Tennessee enough backfield versatility to attack underneath and keep Ward out of obvious third-and-long situations.
The most attractive part of the wager is still the number. Tennessee was +6 before Dart went down and now sits around +2.5, but buying to +3 at -125 crosses the most important margin in NFL betting. If the Giants win a conservative 20-17 or 17-14 game behind Winston and their defense, the extra half-point turns the loss into a push.

Tennessee has improved enough offensively to make laying points with the Giants difficult, especially after losing the quarterback who drove much of their Week 1 success. Ward is protecting the football, the Titans nearly beat Philadelphia and Tennessee's defensive front should be able to play a much more conventional game against Winston.
Paying extra juice to move from +2.5 to +3 is worthwhile in a game with a total of only 38. The lower the scoring expectation, the more valuable every point becomes, and a field-goal margin is one of the most realistic outcomes on the board
