Philadelphia Flyers vs. Florida Panthers Prediction: Can Matthew Tkachuk, Panthers Dominate At Home?

The second game we are diving into tonight takes us to South Florida for a clash at Amerant Bank Arena, as the Philadelphia Flyers (25-19-6) are visiting the Florida Panthers (31-14-4) in what should be a great matchup. Florida has taken three of the last five in the series head-to-head, but the Flyers have taken the last two back-to-back; the last four in the series have gone over.

Philadelphia Flyers vs. Florida Panthers Prediction

The Carter Hart news has really hurt Philly and the vibes they had going. If you are unaware with the scandal, I will not discuss it here but it is a big deal and worth looking up. All I'll say is that netminder probably will not be returning to the pipes for Philly. With that said, Samuel Ersson is in net for the Flyers, and while he was good when he was firmly the no. 2, he has hit a wall since. Philly has lost five straight and they were outscored 27-12 in those games, I do not think an All-Star break fixes that for a struggling team.

I have said it fifty times before and I will say it again, I love this Florida team and they are my dark horse out of the conference, have been since last year. I love the way they are playing hockey, the elite forward group they have is producing and Bob looks excellent in net. Give me the Cats all day here.
