We are back with another night of action on the ice and kicking things off with a star studded affair taking place at Madison Square Garden tonight in New York City. The Rangers (31-16-3) host the Tampa bay Lightning (27-18-5) in what should be a great game in a potential playoff preview on primetime, national television.

Tampa Bay Lightning vs. New York Rangers Prediction
The Bolts have been buzzing lately sporting a 10-3 record across their last 13 and seemingly surging like we all knew they would. This team has been in the conference finals regularly and winning cups like it is just something they are supposed to do, this team does not care about every little regular season game early in the year. They care about keeping themselves in a position to make a strong playoff run and staying healthy while doing so.
They have a super star group of core players that can take over a period, game and series in a hurry. Andrei Vasilevskiy is a tier one net minder who hasn't even been playing his best but is still one of, if not the best goalie in the league. Mikhail Sergachev and Erik Cernak will return to the lineup for the Bolts tonight and that should provide a boost for them as well.
Jonathan Quick will be back between the pipes for the Rangers tonight and hear me say this, he has been great. The veterans resurgence has him sporting better numbers than their no. 1 Igor Shesterkin and he is a force to be reckoned with. With that said, the Rags had no business beating Colorado on Monday and I think a Tampa Bay team with some jump at this price is a great steal for us.
