I know this game is in Winnipeg but this series is all Colorado. To be honest, it has felt like it has been all Colorado since Game 1 the Avs lost, so how is that so? Well despite losing and conceding seven goals, they still scored six on one of the best net minders and defensive units in the league and never looked back.
Nathan MacKinnon and Co. have won every game since by a minimum of three goals and have scored five plus in every single game this series with 22 through four games. That isn't just domination, it is first class embarrassing.
Winnipeg allows the least goals of any team in the league this season with 198 through 82 games for just a 2.40 GAA. That means on average a team playing them for four games will score 9.6 goals, give or take. Colorado has doubled that and added three.
Despite having a really strong chance to win the Vezina Trophy this year, Connor Hellebuyck will likely be accepting it feeling beaten down a bit after getting smoked by Colorado all series. The super star net minder has not looked anything like himself and after getting yanked in Game 4, I really question his confidence.
