Well, we had our last four games late of the playoffs yesterday which is sad but we do have two really good games on tonight and I am ready to dive into the early one right now. The Vegas Golden Knights are back in Dallas for Game 5 of this first round series with the Stars and this series just got real interesting. Home teams are 0-4 thus far with both teams getting swept in their two game spots on home ice. Tonight, both teams are fighting for a chokehold in the series and I expect another terrific game.

Vegas Golden Knights vs. Dallas Stars Game 5 Prediction
I am just going to keep riding the waves here, there is no reason not too. Both net minders are very talented and capable of keeping this tight but anytime you get a line like this, there is a reason to bite. Plus Wyatt Johnston is on a hot streak for the Stars with three goals in the last two games.
Dallas home overs ripped all season long near a 70% clip and we’ve already seen enough action in these games to know the potential is there. Three of four games saw the first period go over and we cashed it in two of them - like I said in my last article for this series, they know in a tight series like this scoring first is vital.
When they push the pace and tempo like we have seen, we get way more opportunities on the odd man rush and we have been rewarded. Two of the first period overs that hit did not see a GIFT (goal in first ten) but still cashed thanks to both squads keeping the pace up.
