Tip 1 - KOKTAIL DIVIN - 1pt WIN

Best odds of 3/1 at PricedUp while publishing.

At the prices I must take a chance on Koktail Divin, who ultimately did not stay in the Brown Advisory.

This is his trip, and jumped the second last upsides the winner, only to fade out of it late on.

He’s a good jumper, and a prominent role will be adopted here in order to get into a rhythm and try and put an error into the short priced Lulamba.

Lulamba looks to take all the beating on the figures, but as shown in the Arkle has a blip, but he will also benefit from this trip, him moving up rather than down.

Price thing, but Koktail Divin is the play.

Tip 2 - LET’S GO CHAMP - 0.5pt EW (5 places)

Best odds of 12/1 at William Hill while published.

A MOMENTS MADNESS - 0.5pt EW 5 places

Best odds of 33/1 at bet365 while publishing.

Let’s Go Champ has just joined this Hunter’s sphere having joined this yard from Henry De Bromhead, and won well in a deep field for this type of race last time out.

Jumps well and could put up a bold show.

As could A Moments Madness, who faded late when clear last time out on first spin at these races.

Maybe over these fences will keep the interest enough to run well at a big price.

Tip 3 - THE NEW LION - 1.5pt WIN

Best odds of 2/1 at William Hill while publishing.

I would be sweet on The New Lion turning the form with Brighterdaysahead.

He clearly got tapped and stayed on well over the Champion Hurdle trip, just failing to catch the mare when third to Lossiemouth.

He’s a Turners winner so we know he stays, and Skelton is in better nick than Elliott at present to tip the scales. (Nap)

Tip 4 - STENCIL - 1pt WIN

Best odds of 8/1 at Unibet while publishing.

JAVERT ALLEN - 1pt WIN

Best odds of 8/1 at Ladbrokes while publishing.

I think there is more juice in his mark of 139, and can hopefully exploit it here.

The drop back to this trip may be key as last time out in the Jack Richards, he didn’t get home.

He is one who is held up off the pace for a late play so will need things to fall right in front, but if he can keep tabs under the champion Sean Bowen, he has every chance.

Again, JAVERT ALLEN is another who will prefer this trip having won over or around it three times.

He was fourth over course and distance here to subsequent Grade 2 winner Mambonumberfive, when Highlands Legacy was second, and subsequent December Gold Cup winner Glengoly was third.

But, Highlands Legacy received six pounds that day, but now has to give seven pounds to the selection.

The same with Ryan’s Rocket who just beat Javert Allen, now has to give another three pounds for his victory over him.

Javert Allen made smooth headway over two and a half last time out at Kempton, only to fade late on, and prior had been third at Cheltenham, with the runner-up Jagwar going close in the Ultima after that, the sixth ran third at the Festival in the Jack Richards and the ninth has won twice since.

He has strong form lines and this trip is to suit.

Tip 5 - PRINCESS DAY - 1pt WIN

Best odds of 3/1 at Betfred while publishing.

Impressed how she has went about her job so far to remain unbeaten.

A point-to-point winner, and two Bumpers put to bed from the front.

She will likely try and lead once again and could be hard to peg back.

Last time out at Newbury she carried a penalty and seen off the re-opposing Fairy Park with ease, with Listed winner Malina Road back in third.

Ultimately a competitive and open race on paper, but holds a strong chance on form.
